I am a fully qualified,insured and well experienced Reflexologist, based in Milton Keynes, and have been practising for over 20 years.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, the premier Reflexology organisation in the UK with a membership of over 6000.

I specialise in Light Touch Energy Reflexology which works in a very subtle yet powerful way to aid the well being of the person.

Each treatment is individual and in response to the clients' needs. A Reflexologist uses subtle pressure on Reflex points on the feet or hands, which mirror body organs and systems, to promote well being.

The AoR promotes excellence in Reflexology, which is my personal aim in all treatments.

Reiki

Reiki is a form of 'hands on' energy healing. Reiki is Japanese for Universal Life Force, an ancient form of healing rediscovered a century ago by a Japanese scholar and mystic, Dr Mikao Usui.

It is non-invasive, not affiliiated to any belief system, and encourages harmony in mind and body through subtle energy flow, applied by gentle placement of the hands.

I qualified in 1997 with a Reiki Master of international reknown, one of the Masters who have been taught through the direct line of teachers descended from Dr. Usui. I am fully insured, and have used this therapy effectively in practice, and for self energy renewal for 12 years.

What Conditions Does It Help

Reflexology and Reiki are holistic treatments, and encourage both mind and body to bring about a change for the better. Therefore both are suitable for working with most conditions.

Location

The practice is situated in Downs Barn, Milton Keynes close to the city centre, but quietly located with ample parking. A tranquil treatment room and environment welcomes you to relax and let go of the world for a while.

Treatments are between one and one and a half hours.

Session fees £40. Gift Vouchers are available for that special present.
